Mikhail Molchanov

Biography:

Mikhail A. Molchanov was educated in Kiev State University, the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, New York University and the University of Alberta. He carries terminal degrees in Philosophy and Political Science.

He has worked for the Government of Ukraine as policy analyst and department chair, and for the Government of Canada as project team leader and senior policy analyst. He taught at several universities in Ukraine and in Canada. He is currently Assistant Professor of Political Science at St. Thomas University, Canada.
